In certain circumstances if you are not physically present in Australia for the duration of our relationship with you, in the ordinary course of providing our property seeking and other property agency services to you, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to other parties that are located offshore.

Otherwise, if you are physically present in Australia for the duration of our relationship with you, we will only transfer such information to offshore parties with your direct consent in advance.
